A successful candidate for the Office Manager/Bookkeeper position will have a solid understanding of bookkeeping in a construction environment, be detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Specific Responsibilities for the Office Manager/Bookkeeper Position: -Provides superior customer service -Insures compliance with corporate safety -Conveys ideas and information concisely, timely, and persuasively -Performs tasks in accordance with general statutory requirements, regulatory measures, and directives imposed by government. -Enters all vendor invoices into Dynamics SL and scan all paperwork as applicable -Accounts Payable -Accounts Receivable -Enters all customer invoices into Dynamics SL as it is received. -Follow up on a consistent basis on all customer invoices -Process payroll on a weekly basis -Process expense reports To be considered for the Office Manager/Bookkeeper position please apply directly or submit your resume via email to Sara Ricciardi at
